These terms govern your use of TZ Nova, a content-creation and publishing service operated independently by Kelvin Mwaijega. By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
TZ Nova helps you generate original video content and publish it to social accounts you own and explicitly connect (such as YouTube and TikTok). You remain the owner and the responsible party for all content published from your connected accounts.
Your responsibilities
- You will only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's policies (YouTube, TikTok) and applicable law.
- You will not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish. The service uses licensed or public-domain assets and AI-generated media; you are responsible for reviewing content before it goes live.
Third-party platforms
Publishing and analytics rely on third-party APIs (Google/YouTube, TikTok). Your use of those features is also subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms on your accounts.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account access at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or violation of these terms.
