Privacy Policy

TZ Nova ("we", "us") is an independent project operated by Kelvin Mwaijega. This policy explains what data our content tools collect and how we use it. We built these tools to create and publish original video content to social platforms that you, the account owner, explicitly connect and authorize.
What we access
When you connect a social account (such as YouTube or TikTok), you grant us access only to what is needed to operate the service:
- Authorization tokens for the accounts you connect, so we can upload videos on your behalf.
- Basic account profile (account name and ID) to identify the connected account.
- Video performance data (views, watch time, retention, geography) so we can show you analytics.
- Public comments on your own videos, so you can read audience feedback in one place.
We do not access your private messages, contacts, or any content unrelated to the accounts you connect.
How we use it
- To publish the videos you create with our tools to your connected accounts.
- To display analytics and comments for your own content back to you.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising. We do not use your data to train models for unrelated purposes.
Storage & security
Authorization tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions you request. You can revoke our access at any time from your YouTube (Google) or TikTok account's connected-apps settings, which immediately stops all access.
Third-party platforms
Our use of information received from Google/YouTube APIs and the TikTok API adheres to their respective API Services User Data Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. Their handling of your data on their platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
Data retention & deletion
We retain connected-account tokens and analytics only while your account is active. To request deletion of your data, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
